Mon to Fri - 9.30-11.30 a.m. & 4.00 - 6.00 p.m.
Sat, Sun & Bank Holiday - 9.30-10.30 a.m. & 5.00 - 6.00 p.m.

THERE IS A MINIMUM CHARGE OF £15.00
[to cover cleaning and administration costs]
Rates include Insurance*
and all food except specialist or highly expensive brands,
which may attract a small extra charge.
A deposit of £15.00 is chargeable at time of booking.
In the unlikely event that you are forced to cancel the
booking, we reserve the right to make certain charges,
as detailed in the Booking Terms, should we be unable
to rebook the accommodation.
*Cats which have not been vaccinated against cat leukaemia
may not be covered by our Insurance.
