BOOKING TERMS
We can only accept inoculated pets.
All cats must be vaccinated against feline infectious enteritis and cat flu
and be up to date with annual boosters. No pets will be accepted without a valid, current vaccination
certificate, which must be brought with the cat and left with us during the Booking.
We also thoroughly recommend, for your pet's safety, that all cats have been vaccinated against
cat leukaemia. Any cat not vaccinated against Leukaemia may not
be covered by our Insurance.
Any known medical condition or current medical concern
must be declared at time of booking.
We reserve the right not to accept pets with any illness
which might endanger the other animals or which has not
been notified in advance. Under most circumstances we will
be happy to administer treatment as prescribed by a vet
provided that medication is clearly labelled and
accompanied by written instructions.
In the unlikely event that you are forced to cancel the
booking and we are unable to rebook the accommodation, we reserve the right to make charges as follows...
| 7 days or less notice | | full cost of boarding |
| 21 to 7 days notice | | half the cost of boarding |
| 21 or more days notice | | loss of deposit |
